Your website should feel as cared-for as your office.
Most patients look you up before they ever call. The site they land on is the first room they walk into — and it should feel like the practice you actually run: calm, clear, and looked after.
Dental websites usually come from one of three places.
- Template platforms
- Cheap and fast, but your site looks like a thousand other practices — and updating it becomes your job.
- One-time freelancers
- A custom build, then silence. The site slowly goes stale and nobody answers the email.
- Marketing agencies
- A big team and a big invoice — bundles, dashboards, and a website that’s a line item in a package you didn’t ask for.
Each one trades away something a practice actually needs.
A custom site, managed for you, at a flat price.
root.site sits in between: designed around your actual practice, written for the questions patients actually ask, set up right for Google — and then kept current, month after month, by the person who built it.
I’m an engineer with over ten years of building real systems. I chose dentistry on purpose: it deserves better websites than it’s been getting.
Everything included. One flat fee.
- 01 Custom design — not a template
- 02 Dental-specific pages, written for patient questions
- 03 Google-ready — site and Business Profile in agreement
- 04 Hosting, security, and backups, handled
- 05 Edits and updates, anytime — just message me
- 06 No setup fee, no contract
The full list lives on what’s included — everything there comes with every site.
Active SEO & AEO management
The website comes with it.
Some practices want to actively climb the rankings — Google, the map, AI answers. That takes ongoing work: reviews, fresh content, keeping your listing active. Every month, not once.
If that’s you, I do it. You’ll see where you rank.
No contract here either — cancel anytime. Most practices are happy with just the site, and that’s good by me. This is here if you want it.
From first look to every month after.
- Review
- Send me your current site — or just your practice name. I’ll tell you what I’d keep, what I’d change, and why.
- Direction
- If a visual direction would help, I’ll include a homepage mockup so you can see what I mean.
- Build
- If you like it, I build it. About two weeks, with drafts along the way. Nothing goes live without your okay.
- Launch
- The site goes up on your domain, registered in your name. You own all of it.
- Ongoing care
- After that, I handle everything. New hours, new provider, new photos — email me and it’s done. You go back to dentistry.
